I’ve been cynical about online giveaways when I experienced this. (Yes, I am the former elalalalalove) I gave my mailing address on time which I believe what others also did but months passed, our prize (books) isn’t shifted. I tumblr asked the owner of the blog and even messaged him in facebook about it but he is not replying.
Second instance is that I joined a book giveaway wherein a blogger told that reblog “how many times you want” but then, she didn’t used random org so basically, the effort of reblogging many times is just pure nonsense.
However, my faith went back when Fullybooked held a birthday book giveaway in twitter wherein you’ll just have to tweet them the best advice that you get in your life. Luckily, I won! I claimed the prize earlier at Fullybooked Gateway! Such a happy cookie. :-)
Last Friday (which is yesterday), Denise and I went to Cubao to go thrift shopping because she saw a thrift shop that’s on sale. 6 for 100 PHP to be specific. But unfortunately, when we went there yesterday, they launched their new arrival already so bye bye sale! We managed to visit more shops but for some apparent reason, my mood shifted and our plan was ruined. So the supposed-to-be-thrift-shopping, ended up to book shopping. Dropped by to Book Sale, Farmers and bought 2 books and the most wanted thing in my wishlist, a book light!

It cost 75.00PHP. Not so bad! It has bright, energy-efficient LED light, clips on book and can still stand like a lamp, you can swivel the head anywhere and has 2 battery included in it. Such a good deal! And, it’s Disney! *u*
So yepp, although the thrift shopping plan was a flop, I went home being a happy cookie. :)
